We propose a new model for the organic laser diode based on rate equations polarons, singlet and triplet excitons both host guest molecules, photon densities. The proposed is validated experimentally by comparing calculated measured optical responses in context of pulsed nanosecond electrical excitation high-speed μ-OLEDs limit weak micro-cavity effects. predict threshold current density as function quality factor, two material gain residual absorption values. elucidate crucial role played latter setting comment recently observed value ∼500 A/cm2 group Adachi [1].
